IRS Status

Our Progress on Becoming a 501(c)(3)

Follow our journey as we establish our nonprofit. We applied for 501(c)(3) status in May 2023 and are currently undergoing the IRS review process with the 1024-EZ form. This step is crucial in securing our tax-exempt status, which will enable us to receive donations and grants more effectively. Achieving 501(c)(3) status will enhance our ability to make a meaningful impact in the communities we serve.
